HTC has had its fair share of evolution in the past few years. One thing remains – the customer continues to take centerstage at its core. While we spearheaded HTC’s digital outreach in Malaysia, we also understand that the marketplace is changing.
Previously social marketing played an important role in communicating with our core audience. While we continue to build stronger relationships with these customers, there is an imperative need to respect them and their changing habits.
