30 Jan DEX agency of choice for Samsonite social accounts
The global luggage brand Samsonite announced a new partnership with DEX for their social media accounts. The one-year contract will put DEX in charge of Samsonite’s Facebook and Instagram pages for Singapore and Malaysia, covering content strategy and creation, community engagement, and digital media buys.
Hazlina Dayangku from Samsonite’s marketing team said of the pitch, “DEX stood out among other agencies for its insightful approach that harnessed analytics to inform strategy, drawing insights from existing online conversations surrounding Samsonite and its competitors.” The proposal identified market trends and encompassed three distinct content direction and tonality for Samsonite’s three key ranges (Samsonite Classic, Samsonite Red, and Samsonite Black).
