Social Marketing & Insights with Technology


Wargaming needed an integrated and unified social marketing solution that can be deployed across 6 countries with different stakeholders engaging, publishing and also listen with the goal of being closer with their audiences across the region.


With Oracle SRM (Social Relationship Management), we’ve helped on-board and train the Wargaming team on how to utilize the solution and bring their social marketing intent to a higher level. There were over 40 social platforms that we had to tackle and with each country having different objectives and goals.


Social Analytics was also used to gain insights into the different interests and trends that were currently happening within the eSports arena. This paved the way for a more cohesive and seamless view of the entire Wargaming social media landscape and gave them the power to take advantage of real-time changes in an ever-changing online world.
